To understand European and International business law, you need a broad basic knowledge of procedural law. Luxembourg is the seat of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and of the EFTA Court. This is where crucial decisions for the functioning of the single European market are taken. Parts of the module will be held at the CJEU and at the EFTA Court. Leading decision makers and members of both Courts will be among your speakers. Moreover, the module will provide you an insider view of the operation of alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation as well as with international civil procedure law and international bankruptcy law. Classes are based on real-world case studies, which will be crafted by our faculty.

  • European Procedural Law
  • Litigation before European Courts
  • International Private Law and Procedure
  • International Commercial Arbitration
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution
  • International Insolvency Law
